Very bad customer service I made purchase and come out with error no history show I bought the ticket So I re purchase the ticket later I found my money deducted was not refund And the customer service said in their system they ady issue the QR code in the first purchase Hello I got in my apps that no purchase history other than the second purchase Please do not use this apps unless you are careful enough and got time to talk with the customer service everytime there is an error     Tan Kan Long

This app is so good No problem with payment or anything I used it a lot of times since I m a uni student until my break starts early and I want to reschedule my ticket There s no way to reschedule the ticket within the app I contacted them and they said there s nothing they can do I m at least a week away from my scheduled trip Ah did I mention I used this app with my friend Her parents decided to pick her up so she want to cancel her ticket and they said NO REFUND                 Wonder Shine
