after using this app flawlessly in the past saturday nights and not been disappointed i booked a taxi for just after midnight on friday 21st saturday 22nd august after waiting 15minutes after taxi was due i decided to call blueline instead at that time i was told i was in a queue and my wait would be an hour my husband rang out of curiosity and was told 15 minutes and he could have a cab by all means use blueline just don t use this app     not what it says on the app angi anderson

I USED THIS APP TO BOOK A TAXI HOME AFTER A NIGHT OUT I THOUGHT WHAT A GREAT IDEA IT APPEARED INSTANT AND I RECEIVED CONFORMATION AND BOOKING NUMBER I SAT OUT SIDE AND WAITED FOR MY 11 45 TAXI AT 11 55 I PHONED BLUE LINE WHO BLANDLY TOLD ME AT WEEKENDS AND BUSY TIMES I SHOULD ALWAYS PHONE AS THE APP OVER RIDES THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WHEN I ASKED WHAT THIS MEANT SHE TOLD ME I WAS NOT GOING TO GET A TAXI I SHOULD HAVE PHONED OBVIOUSLY THERE WERE NO OTHER TAXI FIRMS AVAILABLE AND I FACED A 45 MIN WALK HOME IN THE DARK ALONE IN HEELS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE I JUST THANK GOD IT WAS NOT MY 17 YEAR OLD LEFT IN THE SITUATION AFTER A NIGHTS WORK DO NOT USE AFTER OVER 10 YEARS OF USING THIS FIRM I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE THERE NEEDS TO BE A CLEAR THIS JOURNEY IS NOT BOOKED FEATURE     Rachael Sanderson
