I have to give it a 3 stars because 1 I requested an additional stop and when they quoted me i thought that was the final cost However when I received confirmation the day of they added an additional 10 for the stop Would have preferred that they noted that additional charge when I first put in the request 2 I had issues adding a credit card When they fix the app I ll be glad to change my review and rating             Mandy Ng

it s nice that it tells you the gratuity amount so you wont have to think about it you get a text when your car arrives with the name of the driver and car model and even driver rating I never used Uber or those other cab apps before but I know for a fact that this service is generally cheaper for longer distances                     Stanley Ng
