well I took the exam yesterday and passed got 608 800 exam is tough About prepu I bought the premium version and yes it helped me the difficulty level of questions is good and kind of similar to acsm exam it will give u tons of practice questions and things u dont catch when u read the book yourself but if u r planning on mugging up the questions in prepu and giving the exam solely relying on prepu bad idea My advice 1 Exam is tough understand the concepts extremely well                 Ayush singh

I will respectfully disagree with Nocholas review but echo Sweet Touch Hall s I took the exam 2 5 weeks ago and failed scored a 521 Much like Hall I was confused and disheartened because I was rocking 80 100 on the practice exams Then when I thought about my problem areas client assessment and exercise implementation I realized that I needed to do a bit of studying on my own off this app utilizing other references I just retook the exam and passed So although this app cannot be used alone to guarantee passing not that it claims to it absolutely was helpful on 60 of the exam with at least 10 questions word for word on the exam Using this app reduced the amount of time and resources I had to use on other formats for 20 If you re serious about becoming a trainer I 100 recommend this app as solid supplement to your studying Again I would use other sources to help with client assessment and program implementation HRR RM reps sets etc                     Roberto Nunes

Broken hearted I paid for the upgrade and took the quizzes over and over literally hundreds of times with an average of 80 I just took the exam and failed Maybe 2 questions came from the prep It did not prepare me I m confused and frustrated I studied for months and based much of my progress on my quiz scores from this app They need to actually make it applicable to what the real exam consists of             sweet touch Hall
