the good customizing an app with your personal PT routine can be a pain the main appeal of PT pal is you can send them 10 and a photo of your exercise sheet and they will set it all up for you this was simple and easy and some minor tweaks i requested via email were implemented in a timely fashion the bad user interface is ratchet looks like its just showing me a website from 2000 or something frequent display bugs fixed by restarting app need better history its just a chronological list of what i did extremely unhelpful when all i want to do is tick off checkboxes of exercises so i know i ve done them all if you do more than 1 set of the same exercise it pops up a random little motivational meme these are completely lame and sometimes totally inappropriate i swear to god i just saw one that was a girl hugging a horse with the caption love your horse update somehow they ve added more bugs since i wrote this and none of the old ones fixed lowered to 1 star avoid     Ron Bauerle
