Good on the whole but filter process on app needs to be refined Annoying not to find all the info one needs on each advert thus having to contact selling agent for what should be basic information eg laundry facilities service charge ground rent council tax etc             Dee Simpson

As before a good app and easy to search areas Covers alot of content we specifically like the school checker However one down side is when contacting agencies to arrange viewings we have found numerous houses that were off the market and had been for while                 Amber Rorrison

Giving it a 5 in the hope that Rightmove will sort out the street view that others have commented as well as me saying it no longer works I use this app daily and its frustrating not to have the street view working I use it all the time as you may see the greatest of houses but you then look on street view and are able to see straight away what surrounds it Hope you can get this problem sorted asap Kind regard                     Emma

The ability to organise in folders would be a great help Individual property photos cannot be chosen as they can on a PC which means scrolling through them The Google map does not have labels in satellite view I have previously messaged you about this yet nothing has improved So the app is good but not as brilliant as it could be                 Graham Higson

I use this a lot as our house is on there and we don t live in the area we are moving to Search parameters are good information is clear only let down by ther lack of information from the estate agents I ve marked it down a star as the map location is really not very accurate check out zoopla for the easy switching between views I would also appreciate a listing history                 H Megginson

I ve stopped using this because you can t filter out the homewise properties I m not over 60 so they re irrelevant to my search and just upsets me when I think I ve found a nice house I can afford only to realise the real price is actually way more and unobtainable Otherwise this is a good app         Peter France

my 3rd review reinstalled this app AGAIN as instructed by rightmove and it still doesn t work in fact it doesn t work at all now it shows my search history but still refuses to load any of the saved properties that I know I have because they appear on the main website which is unfortunate because the app shows property photos and floorplans in a better way P S IS THERE A WAY I CAN GIVE THIS APP ZERO STARS BECAUSE YOU VE EARNT IT AND FULLY DESERVE IT     A Google user

Map view not working Search Results are fine but in Map view the app seems to lose my property s Pin User knows where he lives price of house number of bedrooms distance from towns Could GPS location be interfering My house reappears as a Pin on map only when results are scrolled through Can change any Search criteria and still be a match eg just add SSTC and repeat Search and it disappears off the map             Robsta Warrior

I have this app on my phone and it works perfect but for some reason on my chromebook it only installs the app about a quarter of the screen and I cannot make it go any bigger Can you suggest anything It s ok when I open it off the internet     A Google user

Easy to use and contact for viewings however doesn t update well Houses that are off the market are still on the website Property s that are for to let aren t set up clear and are mixed in with full ownership properties this can lead to misconception             Heather O'Brien

Used web site with selection area to select possible properties and added notes to each one with a view to reviewing them in app to decide which to visit However app does not show notes so of very limited use can the saved notes be made visible from the app please A pretty basic requirement when looking for a house to buy                 Chris

Have a property for sale The app very often does not show my property instead showing another property in the area with the same price twice Then in other searches will show my property twice but not the other one Its very inconsistant and is not helping me market my property successfully     Chris Lonergan

The accuracy of the search results in map view doesn t seem as good as it used to be Either misses a lot of listings or includes homes from a completely different location Please improve as clearly this is an important thing to get right         Philippa Hebbron

Have used this app daily for years since update I m unable to use half of the search buttons won t let you change them at all I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Please sort this soon I really miss this app I have already reported this via the app I m sure most people must be having this problem I m using a Samsung note for reference     Alison Desoto

Might have guessed there d be a problem Can t access any properties via the agent Example Butters John Bee area of Stoke on trent u003d zero results And yes this estate agent sells all over the area Same with any agent I enter any area Zero results So one star Always a problem     Aj Aja

updated review latest update has fixed raised issues and it s back to being the good app I like to use Thank you for listening what have you done to the app The last update has stopped filters from working Saved searches are ordered by newest first but it doesn t keep this ordering Please fix I used to use it daily but it s so frustrating to use now                 fi adnett

Easy to use easy to set up saved searches and alerts Especially with the new added features to restrict house shares retirement properties that I found very useful to filter out further unnecessary houses If I had one bit of feedback it would be wondering if it is possible to attach the full property descriptions in PDF form that you get on the website I haven t seen this availablilty in the app and these sometimes have extra details that are excluded in the descriptions on the site                     Caitlin Porter

Thank you for your prompt response to my comment below The error message is gone and the problem of uploading images seems to have righted itself when I logged in this morning so thank you On the search results page it kept saying client error so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app Now it s not uploading any photos Help please                 Sally Parrett

Thanks the below ordering problem has been resolved I still think the app requires more features eg excluding boats and hotel rooms displaying sqm service charge and floor of a flat I also want to be able to click away properties so they don t appear again Also Rightmove must be GDPR compliant and make sure estate agencies are and if they don t all of them include my details without my consent and some don t even delete them I want to be able to anonymously report them             gee gglplay

the website is great the app is not so great Functionality wise it works fine but the website will show 50 properties on map view but the app will only shows 5 exact same filters used     Asiyah Salim

Very limited search alert facility i e can t specify house and bungalow in a search alert pictures often fail to load and maps don t seem to work         T W

Would have given 5 stars but after an update a couple of weeks ago both my tablets turn from landscape to portrait after tapping on For Sale or To Rent on the home page Once location etc is entered the results page then goes back to landscape Patch needed please                 C W

i used this app about a month ago looking for a house to move my daughter and myself into thanks to this app i was able to fine a 2 bed house with a play room for her and it was through the same estate agents this app saved me house of walking around looking in estate agents                     martin hill

For the most part the app is ok The big problem is the content Properties say they have parking but don t house shares showing when I select to filter them out listings with barely any content I wish they would add a report button and start penalising the dishonest and lazy agents     James Jackson

Really helpful app been using the website on my phone but have found this interface to be much more user friendly only thing i could give as a negative would be sometimes properties don t show up in a search but then when altered can show even though they should have been included in original parameters but still find easy to use and has been most helpful in establishing contacts with estate agents and has helped enrich our experience and has helped improve our house hunting experience                     Annabelle C
