The app looks great in the initial looks as I just downloaded it today However there s a minir glitch when I tried paying my mobile bill through it It sends an OTP to my mobile number and I went to my SMS app to check for the OTP When I came back to the SBI card app it hanged and I had to login and start the process all over again It happened each time I tried to view the OTP in SMS Probably there s a problem in a switch over from apps                 Abhishek Agarwal

When you changed my card goldu0026more to SBI Elite card The your staff told me that in every 6 month they will review my spending and my credit limit will be increased But some of my colleagues not used their card regularly but they have more credit limit then me and also they don t have Elite card On what basis their credit limit will increasing regularly This is harassing now a day I will close my card and throw it away                 ved prakash

I have been using SBI credit card for a couple of months But there are certainly issues with their auto debit system I have been hit twice due to this Last month autodebit of my due amount did not reflect on the app so I made payment on next day But they charged me with payment decline charges I e mailed them so many times they do not respond This month also they gave auti debited thd entire due amount although I had made interim payment PATHETIC is all I can say Going to cancel this     Chinmayee Nath

poor app This app takes much time to update your payment There is no option for changing your payment into EMI also there is no feature of Interest charge in case of there is delay in payment Need to add these features so that it can be more friendly to customer     Vinay Chaturvedi

Every feature of your credit card facility is excellent We propose to apply points encashment to card account automatically on the request of user Most of time points are lapsed due to unawareness There should be message alert in application about how to redeem earned points                 abhishek sharma

LOOTER I applied SBI credit card which annual fee is Rs 400 per annum The day i received it was shown already Rs 2699 outstanding bill Without using after a month the bills comes to Rs 3590 Really surprised So I simply paid all the bills After that I thought of buying thongs from Flipkart through EMI and at the time of payment it says that your card is blocked So i wrote a complaint to customer care and they closed my card I ask for activate and they say you apply a new card HELL     Him lal

No option for switch off card when not in use Other banks are providing this security option on their apps even for debit cards Why cant you for credit card Only deactivating international usage not enough As cards are wifi enabled if lost anyone can easily misuse it as there is no need for PIN Pls look into it             Anil Kumar

Tata Card details were loading till last month on SBI card app along with my BPCL credit card Had option to change selected card in the app to check details for both the cards After recent updates my Tata Card is not visible anymore in the app Please restore the multiple card details to allow checking both Tata n BPCL cards on the app         Rishabh Mangal

SBI CREDIT CARD Very useful for all midle class family if you deposit all payment before due date other wise very high interest may be paid to every one AND for information of all other bank credit card offer that if you purchase Rs 30000 in 01 year the credit card fee exempted for next year but SBI LIMIT IS Rs 80000 which is VERY HIGH for midle class family                 Kuldeep Gupta

I mailed many times to Mailbox but no reply don t reply same copy always Please show how much total amount paid after a bill date in app not last amount paid then also show how much amount is pending on due date please update this in your app and website so that many people won t miss paying bill because if someone misses bill pay due by 1000 rupees you won t notify them because if they will pay in time you have no way to charge fine of thousands of rupees you are really fraud people     Bitla Santu

The NFC enabled cards are very risky NFC enabled cards are not safe in India now Due to this other debit credit card apps have now given an option to temporarily block unblock the card from the app itself That is a very useful option so that the card could not be misused Could you please incorporate that option on this app itself at present you have incorporated this facility only for international usage Thanking you in anticipation Paulson                     Paulson Thommana

As I mentioned earlier which you obviously can t understand I was able to see my Tata card powered by SBI details on the SBI app so if your statement was true then it should not have shown the card details at any given point Secondly it absolutely makes no sense that the app shows an old SBI card details when logging in using the tata card login details     Anoop Nair

Very bad service i called the customer service many times but no help my user name is locked and while opting for forgot login credentials it says cannot connect to the server this has been happening since last month i still cannot login to the app     rinchen lama
