Semi reliable But timings arn t accurate and occasionally cars don t turn up or are double charged Card payments on the app are convenient but will occasionally have to add a good half an hour onto an otherwise simple trip whilst they try and organise a car And don t get me started on booked ahead more than an hour or two it s a roll of the dice as to whether they will even have a record of the booking let alone for them to send a car without you calling to prompt them         Alex Sweeney

I called to find out where my cab was and was told the app doesn t know not to send cabs to that area and that no one would be coming to pick me up This left me stranded for an hour as it was too short notice to find another company To top it off they charged me for the ride I didn t receive If you can t trust the booking this is a pointless app     Rose Gillespie
