Despite the positives of this language app the bitter taste of stealing money and ignoring customer support when it does not work is all i am left with Multiple times i had an email exchange with Frederick and all seemed well until i had a new Android device and tried to restore the purchase He gave me the typical basic instructions to un install the app cold boot the phone and re install to restore the languages i purchased but after this did not work he ignored my support emails Being new to Google Play apps i now learn from the Google refund team that i do not qualify for a refund which i am sure is to do with the in app purchase issue Feel angry and cheated by this developer who quits support when i talk about getting a refund cos he knows i can t get one Why don t you put honesty before greed you petty man     A Google user
