This is hands down the worst app I ve encountered After further discussions with other customers it appears that the app was created for ecowater to sell more systems as others have indicated their main reason for purchasing The system itself is not a good system and is not user friendly The features are selling points but don t actually function as designed If you already purchased this system it s actually more cost efficient to rip it out and purchase a fleck or Marlo water softener that are maintenance free You will spend more on the maintenance service in 2 years with ecowater Total scam     Marshall M

Doesn t work I added my ECO system to my WIFI network and this app won t find the system Even the installation tech was unable to get it to work The main selling feature for this model and it doesn t work And I can t downgrade my contract now Just pathetic     Jamison White

Good idea and was a selling point of the softener but I ve emailed them multiple times over the past few months that both the website and app think our family only uses 1 gallon of water per day so they re useless and have never received a response The softener itself says it s connected to Wi Fi and shows actual usage so I m pretty sure the problem isn t there     Jason Zillmer
