customer service is very rude and not helpful at all I have been using other similar forums as dog sitter and have never had problems with payment related issues if someone has a genuine problem then they should try and help and not provide advices which are irrational I was asked to get a new passport as my bank ID had the additional name of my husband I provided all supporting documents to prove my marriage and my address before and after they said it s the computer can t help         Jacintha Reema Gomes

Used this website to book a dog boarding for 4days unfortunately couldn t leave my dog with a person as she had a dog and they didn t get a long So I emailed to gudog to get refund but week later no one contacted me and no refund No comunication no number who to simply unreliable but very quick to take your money Never again using this website     Silva J
