Top class I had a damaged case discovered as I was trying to board my coach from Heathrow back home after an American Airlines flight in from Miami AA were insisting the only way it could be resolved was to return to LHR to report to staff in person This app clarified that under EU regulations I only had to inform the airline within 7 days in writing and they were obliged to deal When I pointed that out to the airline they complied u0026 I had my new bag delivered to my house Without the app I probably would not have found this info out                     Colin Alexander-Brown
