I just noticed you added a directions tool which links to Google maps Great idea This is a very useful app once I learned all the features Is there a way to add notes to an RV contact without counting it as an RV such as when you return leave the latest magazine but they were not home Or you return and someone else was home but you don t want to create a separate RV for them                     Great tool Darrell Terry

Keep up the good work brother Backup and Restore does work Regularly copy your backup file to an sd card computer or cloud storage When you need it on a new device or reset device it must be put in the default backups folder BEFORE you reinstall the service droid app There are instructions on this                     Great App Kai Jorias

It s a great app to use but if and when you re ready to upgrade or change phones be prepared to let go of all the info you ve stored I had over a years worth of service and am now tediously trying to manually record everything I ve done for the past year This app is so much more straight forward and easy to use but it seems that others are much more user friendly when it comes to transferring data from device to device If this gets corrected I would definitely use ServiceDroid again             Can t Back Up Transfer Data Amdread X

This is a great app extremely easy to use and recording your time is wonderful The only problem is with transferring data I have had to switch my phone three times in the last 2 months and kept having to put all of my information back in manually I hope we are able to fix the backup soon but besides that I greatly appreciate all the effort in making this app                 Great app Christopher Sanchez

There seems to be a problem with restoring a backup For some reason when you restore a back up it doesn t keep track of the tracks lol Everything else is OK but the number of tracks For example I had 32 tracks for the month so far I did a backup the I had to do a restore but it said I did only 6 for the month I don t know why it subtracted 26 from the total I hope I made sense about explaining the problem but it is a wonderful app I love the simplicity if it                     Problem with backup Christie Prince

This app is never updated and is missing out on key features that other apps offer such as RBC time and reminding for return visits The Dev no longer seems to be interested in it it s been great for me but I think it s time to move on     Needs a refresh A Google user

This is a good app but all of a sudden it is no longer showing on my screen I have to go back into the play store to find and open I dont like this inconvenience                 There must be a bug that needs to be fixed Duonyale Burnett
