Epilepsy Action Seizure Diary

My phone was stolen I dunt remember my log in How can I get it                 Please help me

Its lightweight in a good way but needs far more development to be useful    

Cant change the calendar Calendar starts with Mon when it should start on Sun Cant keeps dates in order when the dates are off        Cant change the calendar

Sadly this crashes on my Samsung galaxy s3 just after opening the app        Crashes

This app is very easy to use but is functioning a day ahead of the calendar So it thinks today is Tuesday the 24th when today is Monday the 24th I am still using this as it is very helpful to have a record of my childs seizures whilst I wait for a neurology appointment If someone can please explain a way to edit this it would be really helpful thanks Calendar now fixed thanks was very useful to show neurologist                 Would be a 5 if I could get the correct calendar days

I have simple partial Sensory Seizures they happen dozens of times through out the day 10120 seconds each It would be a lifesaver if an app allowed entry at these time lengths Unfortunately this app is forcing me to enter minutes but then when I try to save it it doesnt even recognize I have something in the length blank        Could be VERY helpful

I use this to track my dogs seizures between vet appointments Its very helpful and the categories and triggers are great I only wish I could export the data or share it with my husband so I dont only have the info in one place              Very Helpful

You can keep track of everything Meds seizures when to take em and even call for help                 Works great

If you look at the image of the calendar youll see that the day and date are out by one day The graph needs a full month or even year view It would be easier to navigate of the menu was available from all screens     Not even the calendar works

The reminders do not work on this app Other wise it has pretty much anything I would want           Good App Needs improvement

Every time I try to change the alert tone the app crashes Id give it a 4 or 5 star if it would stop crashing on me     Crashes

Diary doesnt show up correctly after lollipop update in android the list of events under the month doesnt show up except as a very small window in which only part of a word appearsIt used to be a list Otherwise its good             

This app so far is absolutely wonderful but one problemI have family and such and doctors that I may either just keep touch with email text or fb messagingit would be helpful if you allowed me the option of sharing so those in my life that need to know I could shareplease provide me that option then I would give it a five              Satisfied but needs share options

I love this app its very useful If Im having a spell or feel one coming I simply open the app and the present time is already entered After my spell I go back to fill in the details I can track them precisely However I need to export the results on my computer in order to show my family doctor Ill give this a 5 star if you can add an option to export info I really need this or I have to rewrite all the info separately Thanks              Very usefull However needs an option to export info

after adding account and syncing over 23 of records were lost app will not cannot backup records cannot import or export records you must use another app or written record if you want a backup dont trust it and dont enable sync if you do use it its really not worth the price or the aggro     data lost in sync

Hoping for a US app seems that we dont have enough support in this country How sad is this           This is UK version

I cant even add my first entry into the calendar It crashes every time I try Samsung Galaxy Note user     Poor

The app in itself is good but now just crashes when I try to enter information       

I have epilepsy and for once I thought thou would be good but it kept crashing down so its a no go app for me until it can be fixed by epilepsy action and Samsung SO back to pen and paper diary it will be again Until then     Very poor and oppressed

To my surprise crashed on 43 but working on 44 UI could do with a few tweaks to make things streamlined but overall best epilepsy log app on Android if it works              Decent
