This was the greatest security system of all time until I switched from iPhone to Android Now it doesn t work at all Nothing but problems I have 4 cameras that I still receive emails of snapshots but no live viewing I was told by Logitech that a soon to be released update was going to fix these issues that was over 2 years ago I wish this worked as it did when i had my iPhone this would be 5 star review     Jon Bacon

A lot of connection issues you can t choose recording from a specific date And the cameras don t last every year another one died I m down to 1 from 6 camera I know it s discontinue but I would never buy Logitech cameras they should stick to mouse and keyboards     Eyal Levi

Just installed it on a Galaxy S phone and a Galaxy Pro 8 4 tablet Both show 4 of 5 cameras working fine One camera shows a card error That camera has no problems on the PC Waiting on Logitech to help troubleshoot it I would give it 4 of 5 stars if not for that             Mostly works Kenneth Lee

IPhone app is totally a different and a smooth stream viewable enjoyable experience I am a Logitech Subscriber and I have to say that this android version is poorly designed Sound cuts every 2 seconds My upload stream at home is at 20 Mb s therefore the issue relies on this app Please redesign the whole app itself         Android vs iPhone Carlos Aguilera

With update the audio breaks up and you can no longer download clips Please put the download clip feature back on Also it would be nice to be able to zoom in on our devices I understand it is a feature on Iphone My only other complaint which had nothing to do with the app is I OFTEN run into problems with 1 or more cameras going offline with nothing different being done no camera moved or unplugged it just stops Sometimes for a few minutes to a couple days All too often Holding off on buying more         Audio not clear Linda Leigh

Very disappointed that is has less features than IOS VERSION Totally rude No way to pause alerts while away Sensitivity set to lowest I can and still capture intruders but snow and rain cause mail box flooding with 150 200 alerts in 12 her period Had to ask my neighbor to log in from his iPhone and pause my alerts TOTALLY STUPID DEVELOPERS DO YOU HEAR ME Doesn t drive me toward a subscription this drives me away from Logitech     Less functional than IOS VERSION Doug Nobiletti

I bought the main unit and was happy with its performance Now I have added one more camera Depending on the range I may add three more cameras One downfall its a closed system It only connects to the system module and is unexpandable                     Excellent Home System Carole Giroux

I ve had this application for past 6 years since our son was born The app did work fine on my HTC phone it works fine on iPhone it works great on my wife s Samsung Note 2 but on my brand new LG G5 the picture comes up but I cannot see the Stream it will not stream the video gives me an error I would really appreciate if you can look into this problem with LG G5 phones Thank you         LGG5 problem loading video stream leon yefimov

The iOS version has a much better overview of the cameras You can arrange the camera screens into 4 or more large squares that occupy most of the screen on the iOS version The Android version wastes a lot of real estate with their miniscule thumbnails             Needs updated camera overview Hans Chang

The Logitech Circle is the best security device I have had the pleasure to use in many years I have been in the security business for 30 years Installing Burglar alarms and CCTV I have tried several smart devices for use with smart phones but the Circle is by far and away the best yet It was as simple as installing the app Once you open the app it all happens for you It is as easy as opening the app and you are virtually back in your home You can now check in on your pets or maybe an elderly or sick relative The two way audio makes it easy to communicate maybe to reassure them with your voice or to remind them to take medication or eat a meal you have prepared The uses are limitless Nothing could be easier I am glad I have retired recently as this is the type of device that would put me out of business All it needs now is a software update to give an alert when motion is detected                     Alan Ware

when paying for the web and mobile commander I should be able to download clips on my mobile as before I have had security problems at my home and I put this system in place to monitor and collect evidence Was totally satisfied before my function was reduced         less function James Evans

Video is good but there are no options for the Samsung GalaxyS5 but to view the live video No settings no alerts no record functions nothing looks like the pictures they show And the website is Flash Only unusable on android WTF Logitech Would not recommend to anyone but iPhone users         Not as pictured Erica Thompson

On the Android platform there is a problem with audio that continues to break up and goes in and out As if the audio was not bad enough the video crashes stating the video stream cannot be loaded to try again No matter how many times you try it still gives you an error You have to go out of the whole program close it down and start over Such a disappointment I wish there were another app to choose from as this one isn t up to the job     Heartz

Live stream is great on the computer clear picture good sound great ability to pan around the ability to review recordings The phone app has much more limited functionality live stream and zoom only but many times it can t even load             Te Norman

After the update it prompts you for a login and a password which it will not accept It then turns itself off without prompting you on how to correct or fix it This was a five star app before the update and now I d give it a one because I cannot rate any lower     A Google user

We use Logitech to check in on our elderly mother It is very disappointing that the Android app doesn t give you any sound My two siblings have the iPhone and the sound works great for them I have the Galaxy S III my brother has the Galaxy Note and he gets no sound either Please Please correct this PROBLEM ASAP It is very important for us to be able to hear our mom if she needs help Apple s software is great please improve Android I don t understand why you can t keep up with the demand             NO VOLUME Cindy Rivera
