I had purchased the license and it stopped supporting on Android 9 Only records outgoing voice Fair enough it may be a limitation of the OS but how about refunding the amounts for people who paid for the feature Oh well it s alright I guess but please make sure it works on your phones before paying It does not show any warning by automatically checking the system     Sanmegh Thokade

I purchased this app for my Pixel 3a XL just a well before i upgraded to Android 10 and it worked fine I understood the limitations and i could use the speakerphone for the one person whom I need to record After my phone upgraded to Android 10 it no longer works at all After the conversation i find that it has recorded a x minute blank recording No sound at all Please fix this it s a really useful app when it works     Glenn Wonnacott

This used to be the best app but since April it has really gone downhill Now only records if on speaker or holding the phone will not record if you have a headset or the call goes through any kind of bluetooth Sometimes the sound of the other line is so faint it can t be heard Also it used to list the caller if they were in my contacts now nothing             Rachel Lindsay

The app worked great until recently when it all of a sudden stopped showing my contact names I went through all my settings and can t find a way to refresh or anything Kind of useless if i have to sift through tons of calls just to find a call from someone specific 1 star until fixed     Paradigm Shift Pictures

I concur This app lost it s value I don t know where this would stem from since the nature of google and apps is data mining and thriving on being intrusive I am glad I did not encourage to purchase this app as I can no longer hear the other party on the line and all my contacts amd numbers appear as unknown on this app Getting my back from this purchase would be fair it is not what I paid for     C P JR

earlier this app used to work properly fantastically but after receiving the update the app is not showing the phone numbers it is showing unknown and unknown what is this nonsense please let the app show the phone numbers to navigate the phone numbers and to hear the call recordings properly and without any issue you try to resolve this problem for or Mini E app users hope you will do it very very very soon and you can mail me at at the same         n ranjeeth

this app cant read my google account contact name all the recorded voice stored by unknown heading instread of that contact name then i bought pro version also i meet that same problem so please provide good update     Arun Dharmalingam

I used this app for more than 2 years it was pretty good until they removed the caller ID I don t know why they remove it while other apps still recording caller ID I uninstalled this app from my device and installed another one called Cube Call Recorder ACR it s working fine     omarokaily phone

unfortunately ARC let me down after a long use of this app now it doesn t record single call it doesn t matter if you are a free or a paid user it just won t record and now even developers don t respond to you I ll rather stick to my factory call recorder in s8 plus at least it is reliable     Aakash Sadawarte

The APK that I downloaded for this app to work around Google s new policy has worked and it hasn t worked I just made an important phone call with my financial adviser hung up opened ACR to retrieve a couple of phone numbers and the call had not been recorded In fact no calls since April 6 had been recorded I made another call today after the financial call and it recorded it What s the deal Is it going to work or not Is it going to be spotty unreliable I ve been very happy with this app till I paid for it Will change my rating if it s fixed         Monica McDonald

This app took a nosedive recently It used to be nearly flawless I understand that the caller ID may be out of ACR s control so it s a non issue for me My gripe is that the core functionality of this app is broken When I use a headset it does not pick up audio on the other end only my audio It did before When I don t use a headset it picks up both audio but is drastically sped up and overwhelmingly drowned out with static It s almost as if the devs are deliberately breaking their app     Johnny Nguyen

Awesome recording app I tried many in the past but once I purchased pro license no turning back records clearly over WiFi Google voice anyway and is invaluable Was an issue with Google play licenses and app permissions but they have solved that Great record of conversations with clients witnesses suspects who ever has even helped when calling in restaurant orders that they got wrong keep what you want upload to storage delete the others                     JR

This use to be a great app to have As a business person that at times needs to re listen to a phone meeting or conversation to jot down important items having this app was indispensable However now that the app and all phone recording apps are blocked by Android 9 there is no reason to download install this app NOTE TO NEW USERS DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP IT IS POINTLESS TO PAY FOR AN APP THAT WILL NOT FUNCTION     Robb Alonzo

I went through a painful and confusing tuning process to make it work sort of The audio gain is 20dB the voice source is mic and format is wav hq After half an hour of trying I can finally hear what the other side is talking on the phone clearly Maybe you developers can try to give the other side on the phone some voice gain so that I can hear them better Currently satisfied with everything else and I really need phone recording regardless of Google s decision to remove it                     Ritsuko Akitsuki

This app is great as long as you don t have the most recent version of the apk and as long as you are still on Android 8 or below Google started severely restricting permissions on call recording which is something completely beyond the developer s control so their app rating should not suffer for that this is was the best call recording app on the Play Store The developer could however make those known limitations more clear here in the description                 Adrian Broadhead
