The worst experience ever I have been a costumer since 2014 Then I made a purchase with which I would be able to download music and videos that I can upload in CD and flash drives in my computer for that being the case I rate 5 stars last year I purchased the updated version for 49 99 for more quality and convenient services I cannot benefit from it for one year and now the same amount is being deducted from my account without any bill of accounts I need an answer please     saidou mansaring
