I have been using the desk top app since I think version 5 Back then there was no paid support but the support team was always been extremely responsive and right there with answers and solutions Over the years the desk top app has only improved along with the support Now that support is part of the subscription membership my answers come faster the app features become more efficient and new features are well though out I am currently using both the Windows desk top and Android mobile apps and can not say enough about how much I enjoy them both Cooking is a larg part of the work I do just to get through the day and the Cook n software has made that work so much easier                     Alex Slosman

Love this app If I go to the store and all of a sudden decide to make one of my recipes I just bring it up and I m able to buy all the stuff My son constantly calls me from the store asking what ingredients he needs fo something and I just use the app to send him the recipe Simple as that                     Cheryl Goodrich

Cook n is a wonderful program I have been using it for years Their support staff is very good and I give them as well as Cook n 5 stars I don t use any of my cookbooks anymore because I have it all in this program I use it daily I can search and capture recipes put in my own recipes and publish my own cookbook if I choose to do so Buy the software you will be happy you did                     Karen White

Cook n is a fantastic program It does so many things I haven t learned it all yet I love being able to put my recipes in and being able to easily find them no more digging through piles of paper I love the new feature where I can take a picture of my recipe and put it Cook n Still working on that Another feature I like is being able to put in a recipe and see the nutritional information Very helpful when counting calories or watching your fiber sodium or such The support I have received from them is beyond exceptional When I first got the program I could call and actually talk with a person That tells you a bit about how long I have had this They move with the times and most is now done electronically but it is still friendly and personable Tammy B                     Tamra Beaver

I ve been using Cook n for 10 years now I think they have changed a lot over the years which growth in software is good They have gone to a paid subscription which at first I was not a fan of but they are growing and improving the software app often so the cost is well worth it I had to pay for updates almost every year before they went to a subscription base so the monthly fee pretty much evens out I love the fact that I can have all my recipes in one spot make a weekly menu and print out a shopping list They have made it super easy to add recipes with the capture and now the import recipe screenshot that I am waiting to show up on my app on my phone so I can start using that super excited as I have a lot of recipe screen shots to add All in all this app is really worth the money I have spent on it over the years and I would highly recommend it to anyone The tech support is great as well and they get back to you within 24 hours most of the time sooner Dan is the man                     Cory Whiteman

Cook n is great We ve used it for years and have only just rediscovered it The app is a wonderful addition to an already great program We tried Living Cookbook and MasterCook which are both okay but Cook n has the ability to do SHOPPING LISTS and MENUS which were non existent or very hard to use with the other two programs How in the world do I delete Shopping List off my phone                     A Google user

I love this app My hard drive recently crashed on my laptop and I thought I had lost all of my recipes Then I looked at the app and there they were I was able to pull them back to my new hard drive with the sync option some awesome help from customer service and all is well                     Vicki Mueller

A useful tool that has a few glitches but a good support team to help get you out of trouble if you pay for one of the more expensive membership plans This tool has really helped me to carry my weight in the kitchen Addition after DVO s comment below I will submit my comments to Support but for viewers here I ll summarize a few points Android 1 Sync to server doesn t happen automatically 2 Recipe capture can fail in various ways as with the PC version PC 1 The app is large about 790MB at startup and slow to load But it does have a large database so this is not surprising 2 The nutritional analysis module is well designed and has great potential but the database content has many missing or incorrect values so the user has to correct these to get reliable results 3 Windows for different modules are difficult to handle 4 The User s Guide has not been updated since Version 12 Aside from all that I use Cook n several times a week and find it useful for finding and organizing recipes both my own and others                 Eric Woodsworth

Best recipe software ever I absolutely love to just boot it up and see random recipes of the day from lots of different websites all at once for inspiration I also love that when I know what I want just type it into the search and hundreds of recipes come up with pictures Can t beat this app The desktop computer version is also extremely easy to type out all of your grandparents handwritten recipes so that everyone in the family has a copy                     A Google user
