This app is junk i can walk back out to my car and lock it faster than this app preforms the procedure it takes forever to go through its update process before i can preform a task acts like dial up service really bad app     Stan Thomas

This app and the MyFord Mobile software in general is poorly designed BIggest issue with the current version is battery usage Engage the app at 4 30PM check location Don t use it again in the morning you find that your phone is at 50 and the majority of the usage is this app It does not follow Android s specs to reduce overhead and close itself Location information often lags         Rick Rick

Since the update about a week ago the app will no longer work It force stops automatically upon my attempts to load the app up on my phone I can log on through the web on my phone but the app is broken even upon uninstall and reinstalling it several times     B

The app works great I use it daily my complaint I had yrs ago has been fixed The only complaint I have is when I want to remote start my vehicles either my 2013 CMax or 2017 Fusion you have to go to locate vehicle so the app will sync to the vehicle then it will allow me to start or lock unlock doors This is not a big deal but it does add about a minute to the time it takes to use those two functions I use Android with this app my last 5 phones have all worked fine all Galaxys from S6 S10                     Dennis Whardo

only good thing about this app is it tells you your charge status of the vehicle other than that the station finder feature and vehicle location option runs slow and app crashes at times wish they would just use the vastly better Ford pass app for my 2019 Fusion Energi         Jerardo Navarrete

When it works it s pretty neat but every time I open the app after it s been closed a few hours it tells me that mobile data is off and that I should turn off Airplane mode which isn t on If I turn Airplane mode off then back on twice and then hit the Retry button then it works I m pretty sure I ve got signal the 4G thing shows 4 bars and there s a repeater in my building         Bryn Smith

It works okay for me on a 2018 Fusion Energi I bought the car used and everything reset and linked up as advertised I wish it would show my average mpg over a month or a tank or a selectable date range rather than just one trip at a time Or better yet my wife driving versus when I drive That would be a good competitive bit of data to view To me that would be better than comparing to everyone in a 4 state area                 Phil Eaton

Edit still painfully boring works fine for me in general though there are simple things this app could be doing such as Remote start and stop charging Stop charging at a certain percentage Display the current charging data and recent charges to track cost use There s more certainly but you get the gist Please could you work on the wildly inaccurate estimated time to full charge It s off by more than 50 most of the time A visual style update wouldn t hurt either It s painfully boring             Mark Anderson

Unsurprising FoMoCo has given up on cars and honest attempts at EVs if they ever did really try when an app like this is essential and Ford just continues to not get it and be completely out of touch with its customers It took 5 service appointments before I threw my hands up This app is typical of today s Ford who has built the last Ford I ll ever buy From Day 1 Ford has given nothing but a middle finger to its early adopters and made it abundantly clear these were compliance cars     Pete S.

I ve been using this app for around three years and have lowered my rating to 1star The app has good features but communication between the app and data base is terrible to say the least I don t know how they feel they are going to have self driving cars when they can t get this simple app to track your vehicle drives I enjoy the local rankings but the app keeps giving me zero driving scores and missing total drives The onboard display shows things like 100 braking and 99 driving but the data on the app will show the drive as 0 and 99 and often not even show your trip no matter long or short I ve complained for years about this but it just gets worse not better Sorry but my frustration on this can give no more than 1 star Why also do you have to update the vehicle before you can lock or remote start     Dennis Whardo

App is great fingerprint login on s9 app does take 15 seconds on average of you want to reach out to the car for real time updates This is not a push service like other makes but you also don t pay 17 m plus to us it like onstar There are two apps my ford mobile for ev or phev and ford pass for gas cars Sends push notifications to galaxy smart watch alexa controlled as well with pin number Alexa ask my Ford mobile to start my car nice data offered in the app given that it is free                     Aaron Fields

Pretty good app I especially like to ability to switch between Charge Now and Value Charge for my 2017 C Max Energi It would be nice if the communication between the app and the vehicle could be faster it takes about 10 seconds for each data refresh             Colin Oatley

This is one of the most unusable apps I have ever had the displeasure of downloading Whoever developed it should be ashamed of themselves It is riddled with design choices that are bafflingly frustrating and nonsensical It consistently does not work If it does work it takes forever to do anything     David Cunningham

When I set the go times it sets it for next week Only temporary fixes itself when i do a master reset for the app and sync system It seems like this problem began when I updated myfordmobile app Recently has the modem replaced by ford dealer over a month ago and it was working great then Somehow I still call myfordmobile tech support and they still tell me my modem is a 2 5g modem which is incorrect How can they update their records I have been to the dealer multiple times     Bryan Fix

I love the app It works everytime i have asked it to do something Only problem it has is the current distance i have left on the battery is different from what it actually is app says i have 90 km left i get in the car and it says 170 km not sure why                     Geoff Burstow
