I was a happy long term user of the Windows version After buying a tablet I upgraded to the paid version and installed it on Android IT IS USELESS It asks for the master password constantly WHAT IS THE POINT of having a long hard to break password when you have to enter it with almost every site that you go to And then often the fill with last pass option vanishes I may as well be using a text file with my passwords I plan to cancel ASAP     AJ Kirk

Hi thanks for a nice app Let me just report what I think is a bug as I have not found a way to work around it Settings u003e Security u003e Allow offline access Will not work after the app has become locked If I m online then unlock then try to use it offline it works fine But if I start using it offline it just complains that it s offline and will not let me unlock it Hope that was understandable                     Zornitsa Kostadinova

Very useful but not prfect I have been useing this for about 3 years 1 It keeps reminding me to set the over write permission on my tablet and phone even though I have done that It does pop up over apps most of the time 2 On web apps on my RHEL Fedora Linux and Windows 7u002610 PCs where I use Firefox and Chrome the add ons catch nearly every time They do not catch the old form pop up for user password I can open another tab open LastPass and get what I need to Cu0026P                 Mark Stevens

Excellently exceptional Only had a problem for a few months where Firefox updated but the app did not however that is now resolved VERY happy with this service Even though Mozilla now has a password manager and I m moving more open source I won t leave this or its Authenticator app behind without extreme reason Can t recommend high enough                     Nathan Conley

Update became even worse It s a challenge to enter authenticator code Once you start typing it messes up the order of digits You have to clear and start all over again But then sometimes keyboard disappears and you have to restart the app If you manage to do it you get request canceled message Impossible to use Original Simply doesn t work I have to type in the code 5 times before it gets me signed in Approve button in authenticator doesn t work     Pavlo Tkhir

9 22 19 More problems with the latest update When I m on a login page and I tap to place the cursor in the Username field the keyboard pops up IF LastPass prompts me the prompt often is mostly cut off by the keyboard If I m able to tap the LP prompt and then fingerprint auth it sends me back to the login page I was on but doesn t auto fill the login unless I tap into the Username or Password field AGAIN and then select to login using LastPass AGAIN And again that s IF it prompts me         Adam S

Until your last major update I would give it 5 stars I ve used Lastpass since it s inception and have seen many improvements over the years I started using the beta version and had to switch back to the released version when the beta version no longer allowed selecting the Lastpass browser in android no longer displayed entries in the folders I had created to organize my hundreds of entries where I could find them Now that beta version was released you now get a 1 star for your new version     Alan Richey

LastPass may not have the best UI available in the market but their services and encryptions are solid A I have read all their blog posts regarding security and how they manage their encryptions and all I m quite satisfied with the measures they take to safeguard the users data and privacy The best part why I recommend and rate them 5 is because it s the only A product I have found on the market that doesn t compromise on the features they provide for the free account                     Nabamit Sadhukhan

There are MANY complaints on the LastPass forum regarding the failure of 2FA login capability in LastPass Latest update does not work with Yubikey nor SMS After pressing Yubikey the field fills with random letters Yubikey then offers a new blank field Same thing repeatedly SMS scrambles the code in the field The version coupled with the browser worked but is no longer on the Play Store LastPass owes me 36     Robt. Update Now the app just won t ask for fingerprint at all anymore All of my financial apps work fine but the one app dedicated to security can t figure out the security thing Wonderful I have to drop my review to 1 star because the app will randomly more often than not not use fingerprint authentication Having to enter in my password over and over is so frustrating Until this is fixed I recommend you look elsewhere for password management     Nathan

Really like LastPass I find it pretty easy to use and I love how it works across all my devices Aside from just providing security they re providing convenience Also appreciate the password generator and the ability to vary the complexity Might even look into the paid version although the free one does pretty much everything I need                     Matt Merkel

The mobile version doesn t always pop up promptly to insert credentials within other apps or websites that requires logging in More annoying is that it oftentimes pop up asking to save credentials when I m just entering name and address within an app or browser It would also be nice if Lastpass would give an option to stop asking to save passwords on certain sites when it pops up to save the password the first time             Ricky Dang

The best Password Manager I found about 7 years ago I m a constant user of Last Pass from 7 years I use it on my 3 devices Desktop Laptop n Smartphone It is an amazing product specially for me Because my work life could have been worst without it I ve a cyber cafe u0026 I ve to remember hundreds of passwords for my customer s logins But there is Last Pass to save them all and available all the time when I need them Thank you so much the developer team u0026 the inventor                     Dnyaneshwar Puri

It s constantly asking for permissions to be granted and when the autofill feature actually works I select for the specific website to be filled and the username is filled half the time and then the password doesn t actually fill I ve read that some of these issues can be resolved by paying for the premium feature however not going to pay for something if I m not sure it s going to work and so far I m not impressed In fact this app is so buggy it s almpst more or a hassle     Daniel Nelson

Great program but their customer service is basically non existent They charged me twice for premium 2 years and only refunded me once and cancelled my premium So I lost 36 for that year I tried to contact them multiple times and I only got those pre filled messages No one would actually solve my issue             Li Zheng

While it s super handy to have my passwords available on my phone none of the app features work Auto Fill either doesn t come up at all or it doesn t actually auto fill I have to log in u0026 copy paste passwords in order to use it every time While that s still better than nothing it s not great             Laura Mitchell

feature request currently password generator does not allow to edit special characters In some sites some special charters are not accepted Hence edit of special characters request i have Android Pie have problems with autofill lastpass team needs to find a way apart from using Accessibility service its a pain to switch it on repeatedly         Adil Printer

It was working great until recently The app version doesn t grab the correct website login info it uses another unrelated site s login info instead I deleted the site it kept using from my saved password information on LastPass but the app just started using a different one instead It s become unusable and also makes me concerned about the security of the app I ve been a paying user of LastPass for many years         Nathalie Ouellet

The fill popup pops up with every input field not just passwords I wish it would not pop up automatically but only when I tap it in my notification bar And that it had a disable popup for x minutes feature                     Mark van Dijk

Tab this app on iphone samsung galaxy s10 and on a Windows PC It works flawlessly on pc and great on iphone but on my android it doesn t do great with atuofilling and suggesting the right log in information             Matthew DeMello

It might be secure but it s definitely not simple I have to type in my password to lastpass so often that it s such a nuisance I thought you typed it once for every time you restarted your phone and that was it but no you have to type it in constantly The autofill doesn t show up when you want it to and keeps showing up when you don t want it to like every time I use the camera on Google Translate even after you tell it to go away             Tyler Aschen

I really like this app however recent updates have been very buggy Also Permission request should be highlighted in bold and capital letters so they scream to be seen Just like the other reviews I couldn t get the app to work and then found that I hadn t allowed the app to draw over other apps Now it appears to be working again OTHER USERS I believe there are 3 permissions total make sure you ve allowed all of them for the app to work properly                 Michelle Eddlemon

Sub par The autofill never works properly if at all Authenticator failed to authenticate despite its sole purpose for existence as an application being authentication Permissions failed to stay put turning off and on without cause The permissions when on weren t recognized by the lastpass application as having been on I am moderately tech savvy it wasn t user error nor lack of effort I unrecomend this         Matthew McRoy
