It works but not for mobile check deposits When I try to enroll I get a User name format incorrect error That field isn t even shown on the enrollment form Please fix             Tony Langworthy

I have tried to get the mobile deposit and the app said that my request has been submitted and that was last month the person I talked to said they had fixed it and that it would take a week for it to work and I still haven t gotten it to work             It s ok Carson Whalen

Always logs me out and directs me to call to have my account settings reset I only use this app to check my balance and statements But since I gave to call every three days to have this crappy app reset may as s well just ask the person on the phone for the info Please fix these bugs I guess it works okay for those three days but you ll soon feel the frustration     Meh Ryan Matticker

Waited a long time for this app and really sad to say that unless you are only looking for a quick balance check it is nearly worthless Cannot deposit checks via photo cannot transfer funds to loan account to make payment cannot see full account activity in one view as credits and deposits are listed in separate views Look and feel are as antiquated as the usability Please give us folks who want to stay with hometown bank the functionality we crave     Disappointing Lack of Functions Veronica Salmons
